Project name1 : Infrastructure For East Port Said Industrial Zone. (Budget: 405 Million EGP)
Project Description1 : Water network, Irrigation network, Forcemain & Sewer lsine up to 7.5m Depth & Inner Diameter up to 1800 mm, using Sheet Piles & Berlin wall as shoring.
Project name2 : The Construction of Mahsama 1 lift station & Abou Sultan Prestressed Concrete (1200mm Dia.) Pipe lines ( 6.5 kilometer), Ismailia, Egypt (Budget: 350 Million EGP).
Project Client : : Ministry of Defence, Engineering Authority of the Armed Force.
Project's consultants : Dar Al Handasa, University of Cairo, Faculty of Engineering, Center of Water Projects ' Studies and Designs.
Project’s Contractor : Al Bahaa Contracting
Job title : : Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
1- Participate in the intiation phase of the project, review project drawing & documents to determine project risks, and study site location, materials suppliers and prices,nogetiate project prices and help in beding processes till sign the contract.
2- Review and take aproval for shopdrawing, and get Consultant's Appoval for all technical documents such as TD, SD, RFI, MR, MIR, ETC…..
3- Attend meetings in company head office to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
4- Attend weekly meeting with Dar, Army representative, and other parties to discuss project miles stones, progress of the project, & obstacles.
5- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
6- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
7- Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials, hire of equipments and manage staff for the project.
8- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
9- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
10- Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.
11- Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.
12- Approve daily and monthly reports.
13- Coordinate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others parties involved in the project.
14- Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
15- Making of network shop drawing for Irragation 1200 mm prestressed concrete pipe (6.5 Km) in Ismalia governate.
